General Refund Conditions
**Important**: Our products are digital items (Shopify themes, templates, resources) accessible immediately after purchase. Once the product has been delivered and the customer has access to the download, **no refund can be accepted**.
Eligible Refund Cases
We accept refund requests only in the following case:
- If the product has not been delivered to the customer (technical issue, order error, or other obstacle preventing access to the download)
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us by email at support@dropstorepro.com with your order number and the reason for your request
- Provide any relevant evidence or documentation to demonstrate that the product has not been delivered
- We will review your request within 3 to 5 business days
- If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
No refund will be granted in the following cases:
- If the product has been delivered and the customer has had access to the download
- If the product has been used, modified, or installed by the user
- If the refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
- If the issue arises from incorrect use of the product or service
